Booked a 2 night stay, mid winter, to use the pool and have a mini vacation not too far from home. Check in was super easy. Was slightly disappointed by there being no elevator. The pool (to me and my family) was very cold. The gal at the front desk told me she'd see if they could turn the temp up for the next day. And sure enough, she called me to let me know she turned it up 4°. Swimming was WAY more fun on our second day. We even went back in for a swim before check out the third day and it was still a good temp. I didn't expect this. I even offered to pay for it but the front desk said it wasn't necessary. I'd imagine it's hard to keep a pool heated in the dead of winter in a room full of windows. We're grateful for the kind hospitality of the employee at the front desk and we will book here again.
We were able to book a room on the spur of the moment. The room was exactly what we needed and wanted. The breakfast was great the pool was great The service was fantastic The staff was wonderful. I could not say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. We were so happy with our stay. We were a family with children and we were there for 8 days and eight nights visiting family in Grand Rapids. We were 700 miles from home so it's not like we could pack up and leave if we didn't like it so we were so pleased that we loved it.
Nice hotel. Decent sized pool and hot tub (spa) open 10a-10p when we went. Rooms were clean. Had a great stay besides the dog barking in the next room (pretty sure it was left there alone for awhile). Friendly staff. Great breakfast choices, eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, fruit, bagels, waffles, cereal, and more. Not truck and trailer friendly parking
Very nice, clean, great assortment of breakfast choices that are free. Cleaning room everyday, sheets very clean and smell very nice. Kind and curious staff and great owners.
I came here with my friends for a birthday party! I had a great time. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The hot tub was soooo good. It was great. They had free drinks which was cool. Only drink that costed anything was bottled water but the staff let us have it for free (thank you so much for that) Definitely would recommend!
For a quality Inn i have to say this one beats expectations. Room was nice and clean, staff was wonderfull. Breakfest surprisingly decent. This is one of the best franchised Quality Inn's i have ever stayed at. Pool was even open and nice.
Decent room for an affordable price. Could be cleaner. However I have low expectations for this chian. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Room has both mini fridge and microwave.
I have to say that this hotel has been amazing ! I'm currently going through some extremely difficult times right now , being a single mom of 6 and was wrongfully displaced by my last landlord, with no family.or friends to help and the streets being my last option ( I came here with what little money I had and they welcomed us w open arms. !) Patrick by far has great customer service but has been very humble and kind , during one the most difficult and embarrassing time of my life ! All the staff has been super nice and also maintains to be professional!!!!! The rooms are clean , pool....was nice ..the location is easy overall I love it here . I would say they have became a family that I never had ! Thank you to all the staff at quality!!
